In the Wizard of Oz, the house fell on Dorothy. This form of choosing one's housing (that is, being chosen by a house) is not recommended outside of Hollywood where smoke and mirrors rule. Phillips' housing stock is over 100 years old and as new as yesterday, including single family, duplex, and apartment dwellings, and even, during celebratory times of the year, teepees. We have temporary housing, transitional housing, supportive housing, starter homes, and grand old homes. In this section you will find different kinds of housing for a variety of family needs, and ways in which to access housing for yourself and/or your family.
